Terms of Service

• You may re-post the animation from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your own. 
• You can use your commissioned animation as decoration for your social media as long as it's a personal account and you're NOT making any profit from it. ( If you want to profit from it check my commercial section down below)
• I reserve the right to monetize my artwork through mass production and other commercial settings unless discussed otherwise (i.e. original characters or real life portraits etc.). 
• NO NFT REQUESTS. I do not consent to my artwork to be used in any way for blockchain technology and training as well as filtering my artwork for AI machines. You may not order art in the place of anyone who participates in NFTs, Crypto, or AI art. 
• Failure to disclose usage of artwork for NFT's, Crypto, or AI Machines will result in blacklisting of future artworks, cut off communication from the artist, revoked rights to alleged artwork (personal or commercial) as well as potential legal action. 
• I own the animation, so I may do whatever I wish with the animation, for example; Post it to other sites such as Instagram, Twitter and Patreon. Or present it in a Portfolio etc. But always with proper credit to the artist and you! However if you would like to the commission to remain private it can be discussed.
• While there are no waitlists and I cannot promise that I will reach out to you once I open my commissions again. If you would like to email me for FUTURE work, I will try to reach out to you before opening my commission list.
• I reserve the rights of canceling/decline your order.
• You are of legal age.

• If you want to order a commission for commercial use it will be 150% -300% higher than the price of the commission you ordered. 
• When you receive profit in the Media where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention ( like Youtube videos, credit cards, banner of personal site, games, streams, etc. ) credit me for the animation!

Violates will be added to my blacklist without any warnings.
Either temporary or permanent. 

• If you are providing artwork for an animation. You must have the original file and have usage rights for said file. This can be a PSD (Photoshop) or Clip Studio Paint file.
• The layer's blending mode, except for  "Screen", "Multiply", and "LinearDodge", must be "Normal".  If you don’t have these, sorry I can not accept the commission! 
• If your character or scene is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.

• Requesting without any Character or Character sheet is not allowed. I won’t be able to accept custom requests like text-only information or series of images that resembles the character or outfit you desire. 
• However if you would like me to design a character and then animate it. That would be acceptable. Keep in mind this will result in a higher commission rate than normal.
• If your character and/or scene is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.

• Payment must be made upfront before any work is started. I take half to start and when the commission is finished I will take the other half. I will NOT send you the final files until I have received full payment.
• Once I have confirmed final payment. I will send you the full resolution animation (by email or through a google drive link)

Privacy Fee

Refers to you requesting part or all parts of your deliverables and its process being offline, nothing will be publicized on social media by the artist.

• 10%-50% upcharge depending on the level of privacy

• All payments are final. There are NO refunds, under any circumstances.

• You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. 
• If you need your piece finished quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, we can negotiate a price depending on how quickly you would like it done.

• I will let you know when I start your commission. 
• I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the animation.
• I expect you to be polite and kind when you're ordering a Commission! And be sure I'll be polite and kind as well!  

• Changes that are submitted after the commission has been started will be subject to additional charges. Anything before it has been started will be added free of charge.
• Once the animation is done, I will give some room for minor changes. However this is expressly up to me and my own discretion. 
• I will only make changes to the final piece free of charge, if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

• Terms are subject to change.

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. 

You will agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, or commercial use and provide all animation credits to me, Dawn of Frost.
